Taking by example a relay. |

Tool-tip |
By moving the mouse over the drawing you will get information relative to the attribute. |
|
Grid of the drawing of 8x8 |
Every symbols are drawn on a standard grid of 8x8.
By taking this value in place of the default 10x10 we get the following advantages :
1°) the possibility to draw more elements on the same worksheet.
2°) the value of 8 gives integers value when divided by 2.
Take note that for some intricated symbols this grid value of 8 is diminished to 4 or even 2. |
|
Snap points |
When drawing with these symbols set the "SNAPPOINT" to the end of line "ENDPOINT".
The wiring line are to be drawn on a spacing of 4 or 8 horizontaly et verticaly. |
|
Orientation |
Most of the text orientation is horizontaly based, only special symbols require the vertical orientation. You will get mostly this with the terminals where you have sometimes to put the text rotated of 90° |
|
Utility |
To be convinced of these notes , the best way is to try to draw some schematic and see by yourself the usefull of all this. |
